The clients and work is great, easy to work with the team. Its a small team and everyone is very nice my manager gives good insights on the work.

Overall really unorganized, the owners run everything so it all lags. I have had simple questions and it is jumping through hoops to get a response. There is pretty much no sales team within the company from my understanding mostly technical team. No benefits at all here you are more like a contractor than an employee.

I don't recommend anyone to join this company. The process turned into a huge waste of time. I spent hours putting together detailed strategy work and barely heard anything back. They only reached out when they wanted more material. That alone raised some red flags. The amount of unpaid work they expect is ridiculous. Then everything just goes quiet and you are left hanging with no update. It makes you question what they are doing with all that work. The lack of basic respect and communication shows some deeper problems in how they operate. Another thing that stood out was how little real conversation there was during the process. It felt one sided the whole time. I kept sending over work and ideas but there was never any real discussion about it. No feedback, no back and forth, nothing that made it feel like a real hiring process. That made the situation even more frustrating. The company is also very small and the growth opportunities look limited. After going through all that effort, it became clear the prospects are not great anyway. Looking back, the whole experience just left a bad impression. It felt disorganized and poorly handled from start to finish. I am overjoyed to not be in such a toxic work environment any longer.
