Vantaggi

Global customers and presence, SaaS product with some AI capability

Svantaggi

Toxic work culture. Too many senior people focused on politics than progressive contribution. Favoritism at top leadership level, opportunities given to small internal circle. Some people get promoted every 3-6 months with no proven results or outcome to support the progress. Most people are treated poorly.

Vantaggi

My journey with Icertis has been nothing short of extraordinary. I left the company and returned after gaining an even deeper appreciation for the incredible people, vibrant corporate culture, and promising market opportunities. I continue to witness Icertis transform from an early-stage startup to a more mature, global market leader.

Svantaggi

The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, but I've seen similar expectations in other high-tech companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and multiple Services providers.

Vantaggi

Perhaps the best one is that management is so blind you can just put your head down and be ignored with no response or actual support

Svantaggi

Implementation & Upgrades: The core product is overly complex, often requiring more than a year to implement, and is notoriously difficult to maintain and upgrade. Customer Success: There is a significant disconnect regarding customer success. Leadership seems out of touch with the actual delivery challenges and the end-user experience. Stagnant Innovation & AI Strategy: The product has lacked meaningful innovation for years. Instead of integrating practical, compliant AI tools suited for our most profitable market (the Public Sector), leadership chases trendy technologies that do not solve our clients' actual problems. Dismissive Culture: Management struggles to accept constructive feedback from both employees and clients, creating an echo chamber at the top.
