Since you have been with us for the last 3-4 years, you have observed our hypergrowth and our emergence as the leader in the exciting CLM industry. Being part of a fast-growing and dynamic organization can mean a more intense work environment with a lot of opportunities to grow. We acknowledge this environment doesn't suit everyone. But for people who like to build and create, a hyper-growth company going through lots of change can be exciting and invigorating.
