1. Horrible Management : Management & HR: 'Leadership' only cares about their paycheck and spending enough time at the company till the next position arises in the horizon. They do not even care enough (or are not even smart enough) to cover their 'behinds'. HR is worthless: they do not and will not carry out their due diligence. 2. Salary and Benefits are a complete joke! Glassdoor did not even accept my salary as it considered it well below the 'community standards' (!). 3. Scientific goals, strategies and milestones are designed based on timelines that management decides on, irrespective of whether or not the science and strategy actually makes any sense. 4. Tons of time wasted on worthless meetings and drafting/ revising project timelines. 5. Specific directors are completely useless. 6. Seriously high turnover (!). 7. Culture: Lying is rewarded and part of the survival mechanism at Ichnos. 8. Diversity & Inclusion: This concept is COMPLETELY foreign and unknown. Management makes zero effort to educate its employees what the above means. Best advice to the people interviewing: ASK what the turnover rate has been in the team you may be joining!
