Came in a year ago from a different industry (looking for a change), got a great first impression from the Managing Director and the other Senior Manager who did my interview. Felt very welcomed by all the staff. Definitely a work hard play hard environment but suits me down to the ground. Great training to get me up to speed, great company culture, you can tell they really care about their staff. Flexible working and understanding managers who want to see you succeed. They may help finance education if you are currently studying a related field.

Haven't come across one yet, hasn't been a day this year where I felt like I didn't want to come to work.
