We diligently monitor the industry and local area to ensure our employees receive a fair, livable wage, demonstrating our respect and value for our employee contributions. Unfortunately, you experienced what you believe to be racist and sexist jokes. As an HR team, we have not heard the same complaints, nor would we tolerate them from anyone within the company, including the CEO or founder.
