      It seems like a lot more hiring is taking place to bring in more talent for more difficult assemblies. We got raises last year and bonus gift cards for Christmas. Management and supervision are good and friendly.

      Pay could be better, raises don't come often but maybe that's changed. A lot of people are related to each other so be careful who you upset.

      - Generally positive environment - nonstop learning and skill honing - they move people around different positions to see what works best - working on really cool pieces that go to important aerospace projects etc - 3 day weekends !

      Svantaggi

      - pay rate could have been better for the ones who added the most value. - no incentive to work faster while making minimal mistakes - communication could have been better but that’s all jobs !
