      Very creative environment. Unlike typical agency you're given an opportunity to work directly with the senior team and clients. Always being pushed to come up with creative ideas. I was able to work on a wide range of project that help me develop my experience and skill.

      You have to be self manage your tasks. It's a very open environment, so their are constant opportunities to distract yourself if you don't stay focused and disciplined.
