Original management team was driven and dedicated to learning the industry. They cared and invested in their people. Valued people's opinions and collaborated. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with the current leadership.

Current leadership is an epic fail. The board made the biggest mistake with this leadership team. The CEO and the two VPs of sales need to be let go and they need to find people who know the paint industry. They talk such a big game and never back it up. All the do is talk! There is a huge lack of communication and there is no one leading the team. No training and development which sets up people to fail with high turnover. Unfortunately the poor examples of leadership trickles down to middle management and the team. Finally, the product performance is mediocre at best and it is way over priced. Anyone who says this company is an amazing place to work has not been there long enough and are blind.
