You can make a decent living. Benefits are ok. They have a great dental plan if you are someone who goes to the dentist regularly, you get 4 free cleanings a year. It's not a job where you take work home with you. You go in, perform a function, and do what you're supposed to, and then go home. Much less stress than other sales jobs.

New ownership has made so many cuts that sales staff are making a fraction of what they used to. Commissions on shows were cut from $30 to $20 and buys went from $60 to $30. You have a draw, so now it takes longer to hit your draw before you start making commissions.
