They have made so many changes it is impossible to make money. Every couple of months they restructure commission and incentives making it harder and harder to survive. Free employee treatments? This is 100% a lie! They will not honor this. They promise this during training and hire but they do not actually allow it. If you want a treatment as an employee you pay full price just like everyone else. Biggest disappointment is how they will turn a blind eye if there is fraudulent practices by employees as long as they are making the company money. It leaves you feeling defeated. In this company if you want to win and be successful, you need to cheat.
