Ruthless, no communication from top to management to centers. Constant changes. One person makes all decisions in this huge company and everyone else just scurries around trying to accommodate and not make the company go down in flames. No support. Centers are treated as second class citizens, there is a huge disparity between centers and corp. Expectations are unrealistic.
