Clients were always angry if we couldn't get them in when they needed to be scheduled based on their laser schedule. - MAJOR improvements need to be made to clinics. Newer, cleaner couches need to be placed in the waiting room, and just overall update and refresh is needed. Corporate will post 1 or 2 new clinics that are new and updated, but changes need to be made to existing locations.
