micromanaged, threatening, not able to balance life and work, watched like a hawk. Management harassment of meeting goals & accomplishments and it's not realistic. No encouragement from any management and never enough to please them. Management blames consultants for everything. ZERO training. This place needs to be reported to labor relations board and investigated for mistreatment of employees. Terrible leads coming from Facebook and Instagram. No one can afford, and customers have bad credit. Customers are disrespectful and management doesn't respect us. Open the centers back up. No one wants to do this over zoom.
