As a Project Engineer at Ideametrics, I’ve been responsible for coordinating mechanical, simulation, and design deliverables across multiple international projects. You’re given real responsibility from the first month — not just shadowing, but actual design tasks aligned with client expectations and international standards. The internal processes are smooth, and the founders are always approachable — but they won’t interfere unless needed. That autonomy has pushed me to learn quickly, make decisions, and build strong fundamentals in mechanical design.
