As a Project Engineer at Ideametrics, I’ve been responsible for coordinating mechanical, simulation, and design deliverables across multiple international projects. I work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with global standards like ASME, EN 13445, and PD 5500. AD 2000 and Specialized software developments One of the key differentiators here is the freedom we get — and inspired to THINK BIG!! The founders give complete trust unless a critical technical or delivery challenge arises. This has allowed me to build leadership skills, manage timelines independently, and strengthen my engineering judgment along with multidisciplinary skills and knowledge enhancements. Working with a multidisciplinary team of 50+ engineers — including veterans with 15–20 years of experience — has expanded my perspective immensely. Every project is a learning experience, and the accountability we’re given helps shape you into a confident, client-ready professional.

No Play area No Saturday off

You’re given real responsibility from the first month — not just shadowing, but actual design tasks aligned with client expectations and international standards. The internal processes are smooth, and the founders are always approachable — but they won’t interfere unless needed. That autonomy has pushed me to learn quickly, make decisions, and build strong fundamentals in mechanical design.
