In all honesty, I haven’t experienced any significant downsides during my time here. The company is incredibly supportive, and all aspects, from leadership to technical growth, have been positive. If I had to mention something, the fast-paced environment can be demanding at times, but this also reflects the company’s rapid growth, which again is a major advantage.
