To start with, for years this organisation was in the hands of the HR who was no less than a dictator. 10 AM and you enter organisation at 10:01 - your half day salary is in the pockets of the organisation. Funny, isn't it. Those money was used to buy tissue papers for the washrooms and buying acqa-gaurd water filters. I am talking about this because, 150+ strength and you have one washroom for Male and during summers, it has no water. On complaining the HR and management, they said employees should complete all washroom at home before coming to office. Same was the scene with Female washrooms. Management takes a meeting and says, any problem you have with anyone, come and talk to HR. You go and talk to HR about your problem and zoom -- it gets leaked to everyone. Talking about HRs -- receptionists are converted to HR and they were of same community. Gratuity amount of few thousand was steal from your salary (illegally) and was told you will get them only if you complete 5 years in the organisation. WHAT RULE IS THIS? Most important, after all this war, when you decide to quit, they feel insulted. They will hold your experience letter and FnF till you beg and plead them. P.S. All the awards kept in the rack are paid ones. So don't get fooled by thinking that these are won by doing some kicka*s work.
