It is very refreshing be on a team full of unique skill sets. From design and creative skills to market research and consulting skills, the team works very collaboratively to produce deliverables for clients. This teamwork allows you to be able to experience different viewpoints and skill-sets to the same work. I find that Ideba's company culture is based on building relationships and giving back. The relationships you build with team members and clients are genuine and personable. Not only are you recognized for your hard work within the company, Ideba also gives back to various non-profits and humanitarian initiatives.
