Team members collaborate well, and there’s a strong culture of mutual respect. I’ve always felt comfortable sharing ideas, and it’s motivating to work in a place where contributions are noticed and appreciated. It’s the kind of environment where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Rapidly declining culture, way too top heavy as they continue to hire executives while all their project managers run away as fast as possible due to an ever increasing workload. Ops and exec do not care about you, they'll be the first to take credit for something going well but are quick to place blame and point the finger if their unrealistic expectations are not met. And no amount of telling them over and over again will get them to budge; as long as they can keep their 6 figure salaries and Christmas bonuses (that they do not offer the rest of the pleb employees, and double down on it when called out), they don't care. I hope that they can enjoy it while it lasts because pretty soon all you're going to have left is a bunch of suits in glass offices with an empty floor because you've decided to off-shore and outsource every job so you can save on paying people an actual living salary.
