Idhasoft is an acquisition company. Everyone knows that mergers and acquisitions present challenges and learning how to effectively merge is tough. Things are finally settling down and the elements of management that seemed to fight more than solve have moved on. There is a lot of work and many opportunities for advancement. Compensation seems to now be focused on achievement. This is not a place for people who are not ready to roll up sleeves and work hard... but it now is a place that seems to recognize that extra effort. It still feels like a small company even with the ever growing size.

Back-office issues had been a problem but seem to be clearing up. Benefits are costing the employees more each year but that also seems to be happening everywhere. Communication can get sidetracked because of the latest urgent issue.
