Regarding your comment about 'losses' - that is of concern to me as Idox over the past few years has grown from strength to strength. We haven't had losses in that period. The reported gender pay gap of around 17% also suggests there is more work to do in this area. While activity around International Women’s Day is positive, there is a risk it may be perceived as tokenistic or calendar-led if women are only visibly celebrated at certain points in the year, rather than represented consistently in senior, high-profile roles throughout the business.
