no pros at all that i can think of

never stick to their words.. never full fills what they commit to. poor management skills. extreme office politics. no proper sops everyone is doing what ever they think they have to do to survive. no one appreciates your hard work in this firm.

Salary and work timings are feasible.

Lot of fake commitments from HR team , No proper system to get permanent appointment after your probation..Lot of indirect politics. No mental peace . Nothing. Never trust the employees working on this company for more than 5 years.. Because they are all dangerous. Lot of people are looting company's money. But even the management is not much concerned about it.. Its a shame..
