They will push you out through exclusion. - Will never entertain queries that are "difficult" for management to justify. - Emails are usually replied with "we'll discuss it soon". Follow up emails are usually replied with "sorry we've been busy". Most of the time, no reply or acknowledgement. - Monthly plans can and often do change daily. Deadlines are tight.
