Worst company I have ever worked for! Beware of this company because they only seem to appear promising but is actually a failure in a lot of aspects. Here are the reasons why: No insightful feedback from management No 1 on 1 meetings nor objectives setting nor performance appraisal with superior (even if you show initiative) Superior answers you in a pointed, irritated tone because you didn't give the results wanted when objectives nor provided guidance were not even given in the first place. Superior also gives mocking answers to my questions in a scathing tone No salary increase (based on what I heard)
