He has gone above and beyond for many that work here. The company is growing not only locally but looking for national growth as well, which leaves room for advancement.

It is a smaller company, which can be positive or negative depending on your view. It is a privately owned company.

Growth oriented company that cares about the team! Growth of company = Growth for the team!
