- Company work culture is a hit or miss depending on your personality. Small company makes for an extremely "tight-knit" environment that easily turns toxic because of the inability to separate personal relationships with professional business/working relationships.
- Professionalism is at a minimum
- The more time you have at the company, the more seniority and added perks you get...the benefits packages is not the most competitive when you are starting out.
- High turnover rate
- No room for innovation or creative thinking even though they are a promotional advertising company
- little to no room to grow inside the company
