      Interesting projects and technology. Great employees. Opportunity for travel. Compensation is competitive. The VR space is a growing industry and Immersive Media is well positioned within it even though they are no longer the leader when it comes to developing 360 video hardware.

      Poor management team. Lack of respect for employees resulting in a caustic culture. Unrealistic expectations coupled with no support to achieve goals. Failure to meet financial commitments to contractors in a timely manner. Employee burn out is high.

      Interesting product, a VR platform that stitched 360 degree video in close to real time.

      A deep and crippling lack of leadership that ultimately lead to the company going under. The management squandered a dedicated and talented software engineering team for years, until everyone left or was laid off. The sales team did not understand the product or even have a basic understanding of the technology and were completely ineffective. They promised millions in sales, and barely delivered tens of thousands.
