Not a single pro to be mentioned.

I was an ex employee at this company who wasn't fired but left at my own will. I have been following this ongoing dispute going into this company and I want to mention that employees here were not at fault. Management is highly incompetent and the CEO is a baseless, thoughtless and bully kind of person who doesn't even care about their employee's situation. He often has tried to mistreat with many of the female employees who were young and afraid to take a stand. The positive reviews here are most probably written by himself or the HR or the employees who are under pressure. I have long left this org and did not wanted to get into this mess, but they are not stopping at one employee. They are treating most of the employees with same behaviour. Ask anyone of them or any of the ex employees. Don't trust these fake reviews, contact the ex employees and be the judge yourself.

Its going down because of the bad decisions taken by founders, running from reality of their product, most of the times they are wasting their time to think whom to pin their failures on, impossible for any team lead to survive here, CEO has no planning, no reporting structure and takes adhoc meetings with no stats in hand, multiple cases of unfair and biased actions against employees and some of them have even moved to court, employees exiting are blackmailed for relieving letter and their well deserved money, HR is toxic and indulged in politics for saving her own job, you will not find such mannerless HR and management anywhere, employees are treated like slaves
