It's degrading, and humiliating. In training you'll be placed four to a hotel room, sharing a bed with a stranger. Luckily most impact recruits are good at cuddling. Every time someone quits because they're overworked, overstressed and treated like dog in general, the organization looks worse. It is harder than it needs to be, because of the way Impact treats it's employees.
