Met some nice trainers on their training programme, learnt a few training ideas that are interesting.

Spent several months attending a weekly training session, the dates were frequently changed and we never left at the same time, some days it was 3pm others 1pm. It was expected that you devote your time for free to benefit from their training. There seemed to be a disdain for expertise, no timetable, no materials given. i find 'free fall facilitation' styles to be lacking in substance, and most people who attend training do like some structure to the day! I regret giving up so much of my time for getting nothing in return. The culture felt strange, and it appears that only a handful of trainers actually get work! One wonders why they bring in a fresh crew each year, knowing they are not going to pay them. Reminds me of training scandals such as Kirby hoovers or Gideon bibles!
