      The ONLY pro is the pto which is 1.25 days off per paycheck and that is if they let you take it when you need/want.

      The list is too long..... They expect more out of their managers than is physically possible and current managers are beyond stressed. They've had a 90% turnover rate since I started in Jan (6 mths) The do not train you then yell when you do it wrong. This company changes policies everyday and you cant keep up. There are sooo many more butnot enough space to list them all.

My job includes challenging "stretch" goals that keep me focused, and incentives that keep me motivated. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are a plus too. Office culture is positive and collaborative and I can genuinely say that I enjoy my coworkers! Impact Seven is a great place to work for folks who are motivated to succeed and value working for a community development nonprofit.

      too many to list, vp is bat crp crazy, no job security, she will make you think everything is ok, then stab you in the back. no team work, no support just her way or no way
