      WFH availability, Interesting connections with clients, fine “foot in the door” kind of place for marketing/pr/writers/sales. Flexible schedule.

      CEO is the most toxic person I’ve ever met. Bullies employees or otherwise does not communicate with them. Back and forth on wants, making it impossible to do a good job. Disorganized chain of command. Scammy sales tactics. Lies to clients about what they sell. This company isn’t about the clients. It’s about the money. When asking for a raise, you always get told no because you “could be doing more” No benefits. All employees are 1099 when they should get W2s. Overwhelming work load.

      This company has gone above and beyond in all the ways! Changing careers can be nerve racking, but this transition has been nothing but enjoyable. The entire staff is so helpful and welcoming, truly it's a joy working here.

      I can't think of anything besides occasional wifi outages from the office.

      WFH if you beg for it, writing is fun. The only good thing i got out of this was possible connections to clients that led to future jobs/opportunities.

      Clients are demanding, CEO is awful and toxic, no HR, no benefits, No chance for promotions or raises. VERY scammy sales tactics and very little benefit for clients.
