Here are some of the biggest ones: - favouritism and/or nepotism dictates every single action taken by this company - any and all ideas presented to the higher-ups are either completely disregarded or are stolen without any credit given and presented as their own - absolutely no opportunities for growth - rampant burnout culture, with the highest turnover rate I have ever seen - very little flexibility to allow for a reasonable work life balance - blatant refusal to accommodate, even where required by law - intense micro-managing - compensation package consists of an annual salary and the smallest amount of vacation as required by law (no health/dental, stock options, etc) - raises based on merit are never given, and COL raises are one quarter of inflation rates
