      Positive team environment - team is largely remote but everyone helps to back each other up. Lot's of new people - team has almost doubled in size recently.

      Sometimes processes break down as we scale, but management works with the team to help implement new processes when needed.

      Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
