It is far more cost effective for both sides to directly hire the contractor/employee, rather than to pay the high overhead. Consultants - While you'll hear lots of internal praise at Quadrus and their vast experience, at the end of the day it is just you and your colleagues. It may be better find your own client rather than forgo the thousands $/month commissions Quadrus collects as a glorified head hunger.
