Highly competitive company that has a diversified portfolio. Impulse is not satisfied with the status quo in the IOM industry which is painfully evident at other companies that provide 'traditional' services at below market rates. Lots of change each year as a result of merger/acquisition activity. Can be confusing on where to go for certain elements of the business as the company has grown to over 500 employees on the service side.

The job is stressful, the hours can be either great or torture depending on the week. Not enough individual attention to the amount of work you do.
