Poor Management and Immature Crowd - Recensione dipendente - Membership Sales presso In Motion Fitness

It was a young and immature crowd from front desk to floor staff and membership department. There was a lot of gossip, moody behavior, and competition. It was honestly exhausting. The sad thing is the management was non-existent. We'd see them, but they didn't associate really and see what was really going on. Then they had some who had been there forever who would "tattle" on others --- really ugly. They laid me off without any warnings or reasons. They wouldn't even tell me. I felt I was doing a decent job. I know I am not a lazy person. I was shocked and hurt.
