* A good place for fresh graduates to gain initial experience and build their resumes. * Opportunities to take on responsibilities early in your career. * Some talented and passionate colleagues who can be inspiring to work with.

* The culture feels more like a cult than a company, catering heavily to young, single individuals. It’s not inclusive or supportive of diverse lifestyles or priorities. * Loyalty is not rewarded. Pay raises are minimal, and being content in your role is frowned upon. Instead of supporting employees’ growth, management constantly pushes for more work and responsibilities. * If you resist this pressure or set boundaries, you’re at risk of being placed on a performance improvement plan (PIP) or terminated. * Middle management lacks experience and professionalism. Many have never worked elsewhere and are suddenly given responsibilities outside their expertise.
