* The culture feels more like a cult than a company, catering heavily to young, single individuals. It’s not inclusive or supportive of diverse lifestyles or priorities. * Loyalty is not rewarded. Pay raises are minimal, and being content in your role is frowned upon. Instead of supporting employees’ growth, management constantly pushes for more work and responsibilities. * If you resist this pressure or set boundaries, you’re at risk of being placed on a performance improvement plan (PIP) or terminated. * Middle management lacks experience and professionalism.
