The micromanagement from the COO is insane! She contacts RBTs and runs all good employees out by picking favorites. The last good leader left May of last year! She helped teach us, support & we actually got trained! Our programs grew a lot with her and she was only with us a couple of months! When she left there was a mass exodus as she was the only reason a lot of stayed at all. Best leader ever and then they gave us a person who was NEVER there for anyone. It’s worth noting that the replacement is BFFs with the COO so it tells you what you need to. The gossip with misinformation is also overwhelming
