5yThank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased to know that you feel our company and leadership teams are good! With that being said, we are always looking for ways we can improve and are sorry to hear that you do not feel like you are getting enough breaks. Our leadership team strives to do regular check-ins with our therapists to ensure that everyone is receiving the breaks that they need and deserve. We encourage you to communicate closely with your Operations Manager and inform them if you need a break; we are committed to helping reduce burnout for our team. In addition, we are right now working closely with our executive team to review our paid time off and unpaid time off policies. We want to ensure that everyone gets time off to recharge - we will have an update on this soon.
