First, we love the fact that you have found value in your relationships with your fellow RBTs and the BCBA team. We also appreciate knowing that you were happy with the efforts to fill your schedule and that you enjoyed working with the kiddos - we certainly do, too! However, we recognize that we missed the mark on a few items and we would appreciate the opportunity to address those further. Last year, we rolled out our 30-hour guarantee program that helps to compensate for client cancellations. If you are interested in receiving more information on this, please reach out to your local leadership team. Your thoughts regarding our time off and scheduling have been shared with our senior leadership team. We are always looking for ways to improve those plans and processes.
