You have to answer to the company's partnered school, STARS, which is a terrible school with a terrible owner; they want to control InBloom employees who don't even work for them... Then InBloom doesn't stand up for their own employees and allows injustices to happen. The company doesn't have enough money for raises, which has led to high turnover from RBTs all the way up through management. Instead, they spent their money expanding the company during the pandemic. Clients are starting to notice, and it's not a good look for the company.
