Vantaggi

- Flexible working hours (arguably too flexible) - A good place to learn and gain experience - Opportunities to develop skills - Friendly and enjoyable coworkers - stable enough for full time employee

Svantaggi

The culture here has long been shaped by a mindset where what’s right is often blamed, and what’s wrong gets justified. Unfortunately, this has gone on for so long that it’s become deeply ingrained and very difficult to change. There are essentially no clear boundaries. SOPs are frequently overridden under the justification of being “customer-oriented,” which ends up creating more chaos than value. Management and timelines are consistently disorganized because teams are pushed to accommodate every request without considering actual capacity or available resources. Workloads are excessive despite very limited resources, leading to situations where nothing is delivered optimally and the product itself becomes unstable. When issues arise in production, engineers are usually the ones held accountable, even though the root problems—unclear requirements and unrealistic timelines—have existed from the beginning. Despite repeated issues, there is little to no effort from management to reflect or improve. Most decisions seem to be driven by personal judgment rather than objective business considerations, and there’s a general resistance to change. Key Points: - Salaries are significantly below market standards - Workload continues to increase without corresponding compensation - No clear KPI system; performance evaluations are ambiguous - Lack of clear organizational structure - Employees are expected to work harder without additional benefits - Poor collaboration and alignment between divisions - No proper channel for feedback or raising concerns
