Don't Expect Proper Salary. Don't follows offer letter. No Holidays, Even you'll be working in Independence and republic Day. They will ask you to work in either Coincent or 1Stop. 1Stop is worst. Coincent is comparatively Better. ( Compatitively ). Long working hour of 11:30 to 19:30. 6-7 Days in week. Sometimes 1Stop will ask you to work from 11:30 to 23:30. No Work-life balance for normal employe. Forget you quality life and health. Working will be like slaves. Office Politics is at its peak. Not a Good working Environment at all. They will be never be clear about your work at the time of hiring. Final Conclusion -- Unless you're an Idiot, don't come to this company ever. I have told that good for starting sales career. It's for Idiots only. I was an Idiot, you please don't be that. Worst Experience can be also a Good Experience. Thanks Everyone...
