If you want to be at the forefront of operational strategy, retailer relations and sales techniques, then InPost is the company to be at. Not only will you be trained by some of the top minds in the UK to be the best in your field, you will be allowed the opportunity to work cross-functionally (after being proven) in many areas of the business. Opportunities are rife and allow you to self-define your role in most cases, which is rare to see in the market at current. The company wants to be on-top of the game, and all advice from all employees is always taken into the ears of the SLT and board.
Svantaggi
The work itself is challenging. Add the challenges of a pandemic, remote-working, and an incredibly fast-paced company with a recent IPO and something to prove in the market - and hopefully you get the picture...

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review of InPost UK on Glassdoor. We get feedback all the time from both current and former employees and find this gives us a great opportunity to improve.
The feedback you shared on the challenge around the pace overlaid with high ambitions and remote working are all too real and we will continue to support our teams in the best way possible to meet the demands of the business as we grow exponentially over the coming months.
Thanks again for taking the time.
The InPost People Team
I thought the SHEIN warehouse was the worst warehouse in all of Wrocław, but no. It’s the absolute worst warehouse I’ve ever worked at. They have zero respect for you as an employee; they hate you and don’t want to work with you, simply because you’re from another country—they look down on you. I advise no one to ever work there. You’re better off working at DPD or DHL—the people and the team there are really great.
