      None really. When you first start there you think it is going to be great, but you learn real quick that there is no leadership, and the vision of the company changes constantly.

      Too many to list. No leadership. The owner will bash you in front of everyone and does not listen to the people that he hires. Takes one wrong turn after the other.

      Today we have a new Executive leadership team, which allows the CEO to look out for the best interest of the company and the employees. We have a terrific team atmosphere with additional Developers bringing creative ideas under the new CTO, and a fantastic Marketing Team. We understand the meaning of family, recently an employee lost a family member and the whole office attended the services, we truly care about one another. Already this year we have hired 5 people with more new hires to go this year as we grow.

      Sometimes the office is too quiet and makes me sleepy. Maybe we need a PingPong table here.

      I don't have one reason why I should work there but I noticed they retained a fellow intern which is a good thing.

      They are not willing to train young prospects, I had a special assignment and they weren't helping to better explain it being my first experience. I asked a lot of questions and they aren't too happy about that. I always believe as a newbie I could ask questions especially if I can't google myself out for a solution.

      Thanks for your review! We were a very young company in 2017 and we shared office space with several employees. We have improved as we have grown-up so to speak. We have a training manual, videos, e-learning and hands on training now. We hired 2 interns over the years and we have 3 other interns working for us today.
