Incredible Product that I feel proud to sell and feed to my fur babies. A Global company that has a relatively recent brand that has been introduced to the USA market, in the pet treat category. A great Management team that supports work / life balance and that always listens to the team as adults and professionals. It is a no drama and no negative team atmosphere where we all share our challenges and success stories. It is clear that everyone has the same goal and we are not competing with each other. It is exciting to be with a company that is willing to invest in the business but it's even more exciting to watch the product enter the FDM market and watch how well the product sells. I feel so lucky to join an organization that has GREAT product reviews on Amazon.com, Chewy.com etc... Now, we are looking forward to reviewing the FDM feedback. Inaba also has proved through their review process, that they truly care about their employees well being. It is a great team.

There are only a few offices at this time. New York, Chicago, Georgia and LA. Because it is a relatively new company in the USA market, the business is growing at lightning speed, so there are "good" growing pain details that are being addressed.

Good Product! They could do more if Japan would listen to advice of US.

They don't tell you during interview that you will be constantly watched! Multiple Cameras everywhere to watch your every move. Too many Gossipers and everyone will throw you under the bus. You also need to state daily what you're doing as the company has a micromanager approach. Company doesn't trust anyone! It's there way or no way!
