Worst organization - Recensione dipendente - Senior Developer presso Incedo

1. Senior management and managers are horrible totally run politics based organization, only need Buttering kind of peoples no place for hard worker and Tech gigs. Management have a very worst strategy, When new client came in, they hired high salaried and techie peoples for setup the new client and their platform. After 1 year or when client running smoothly, then they forgot the quality of works and time spent by experienced guys in starting. Totally ruined their hard work and efforts to setup that client. After that they only focus how to make profit, trying to replace existing resources or hire a new resources with low salary and less experience. No body will interested in client deliveries and quality of works. 2. HR and Business HR peoples are totally worst. I think they dont know about their duties, responsbility and don't want to listen employees voice about their concerns. They waked up when the attrition rate increase otherwise they are not interested to listening you. Incedo CEO agenda is make it Employee first and world class organization. But when you have any concern related work, management and want to discuss with Business HR. Then they are ignoring you and nobody want to listen your concern or problems. They have only single answer consult with you Senior Management. This HR behaviour definitely will not make this organization employee friendly and not become world class organization. 3. No skip level meetings for the employees to share their concern with the higher management. 4. Resource management group not upto mark, if you released from any one of the project then they are not able to fit you in other one. Even they are more interested to hire new peoples with low compensation and fired the existing bench one. 5. Rewards and Recoginition is totally based on buttering and cheap politics, not based on hard work. This program is totally run by managers. 6. Very Bad experience with facilities, transport and admin team, they don't have any corporate etiquette and ethics, how to talk to employee and resolve their concern. I think they required some kind of corporate ethics training.
